Patrick Fitzgerald

Patrick Fitzgerald, ICD.D, is a seasoned business lawyer with extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and finance. Currently serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Governance Committee at Halifax Partnership, Patrick has held various leadership roles at Cox & Palmer since April 2000, including Chair of the Board and General Counsel. In addition to contributions at the Canadian Technology Law Association as Technology & Innovation Partner, Patrick's legal career spans numerous firms, starting with McInnes Cooper in the late 1990s. Patrick holds multiple degrees, including an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and a law degree from Dalhousie University.
