Alexa Taggart has extensive experience in airport operations and customer service, currently serving as the Airport Service Centre Supervisor at Halifax International Airport Authority since December 2018. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing projects to enhance efficiency, and collaborating with various departments and stakeholders. Prior to this, Alexa held several positions at WestJet from January 2015 to December 2018, including Training Liaison, Operations Lead, Communications Coordinator, and Customer Service Agent, where a range of skills in training, crisis management, and customer relations were developed. Earlier experience includes a role as Cruise Ship Coordinator at Ambassatours Gray Line. Alexa holds a Tourism and Travel Diploma from Mohawk College, earned in 2014.
