Jason Burke

Jason Burke is an experienced professional currently serving as an Airside Maintenance Technician at Halifax International Airport Authority since December 2021. Alongside this role, Jason has dedicated over two decades to the Five Islands Fire Department as a volunteer firefighter, holding positions such as Captain and Training Officer, with a focus on advanced rescue and medical response training. Previous experience includes operating heavy equipment and snow removal at the Town of Truro and the Nova Scotia Department of Transportation, as well as serving as a tractor trailer driver for Central Freightlines Ltd., where responsibilities included cross-border deliveries in Canada and the USA.
