Nicole Burchell-Isenor

Nicole Burchell-Isenor has extensive work experience in various roles within the hospitality industry and human resources field. Nicole began their career as a Front Office Coordinator at Varscona Hotel in 1997 and then moved on to become the General Manager at Airport Hotel Halifax in 1999. In 2006, they joined Halifax Regional Municipality as a Labour Relations Consultant before transitioning to Halifax International Airport Authority in 2009. At the airport authority, Nicole held the role of Senior Manager, Human Resources until 2022 and is currently serving as the Director of People & Inclusion since January 2023.
