Ashley Kendell, CHRP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Halifax Water since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ashley was the Senior Manager of Talent Management at Pratt & Whitney Canada from January 2023 to November 2023 and served as HR Manager at Pratt & Whitney from October 2021 to January 2023. Earlier experience includes positions as HR Business Partner Lead at Nova Scotia Power, Human Resources Business Partner at the Public Service Commission, and various HR roles at Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, Alberta Health Services, Nexen Inc., and North Star Ford Lincoln. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from St. Francis Xavier University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
