Ashley Kendell

Ashley Kendell, CHRP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Halifax Water since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ashley was the Senior Manager of Talent Management at Pratt & Whitney Canada from January 2023 to November 2023 and served as HR Manager at Pratt & Whitney from October 2021 to January 2023. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from St. Francis Xavier University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
