David Blades has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Data Engineering at Halifax Water since April 2012. In addition to this role, David has held positions as Infrastructure Program Manager and Project Engineer within the same organization. Prior to Halifax Water, David was a Project Engineer at GENIVAR from May 2006 to April 2012. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, earned between 2001 and 2006.
