Manager Engineering Approvals at Halifax Water

Jennifer Richardson is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in environmental engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Engineering Approvals at Halifax Water since November 2019, Jennifer has also held roles as Project Engineer for the Cogswell District Project, Asset Management Project Manager, and Development Engineer within the same organization. Prior to Halifax Water, Jennifer worked at Heritage Gas Limited as a Senior Operations Engineer and Operations Engineer from August 2014 to November 2019. Earlier experience includes positions as an Environmental Engineer at Stantec and as an Engineer and Environmental Engineer at Encana Corporation. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Diploma in Engineering from Saint Mary's University.
