Laura Fraser is an experienced engineering information technician with a solid background in GIS technology. Currently employed at Halifax Water since January 2019, Laura previously served as a GIS Technician at both the Niagara Parks Commission and the Port of Halifax, where responsibilities included data collection and editing using ArcGIS. Earlier experience includes aSales Associate role at The UPS Store, focusing on customer service and office administration, as well as a Customer Service Representative position at Halifax Seaport Farmers Market. Laura holds a Diploma in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Nova Scotia Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Economics and International Development from Saint Mary's University.
