Rebecca Khan is a legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at Halifax Water since October 2023. Rebecca holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Dalhousie University - Schulich School of Law and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance with a minor in Mathematics from Memorial University.
