Vladimir Davchev

Vladimir Davchev serves as the Head of Risk and Financial Management Division and Head of Risk Management at HALKBANK AD Skopje since December 2020. With extensive experience in risk management, Vladimir has held the position of Assistant Manager of the Risk Management Division at NLB Banka AD Skopje from September 2010 to November 2020. Additionally, Vladimir is a Program Manager for the Certified Risk Manager certificate at the Academy of Banking and Information Technology, actively involved since October 2015, and has contributed as a member of Rotary International and as President of BalkanIDEA Skopje. Vladimir's educational background includes a postgraduate diploma in Finance from The University of Sheffield, a risk management certificate from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metodij' vo Skopje. Numerous speaking engagements in risk management and banking reinforce Vladimir's expertise in the field.
