Darcy Lehtinen has over 25 years of experience in the construction and quality management sectors. Currently serving as Construction Planning & Quality Manager at Hall since January 2013, Darcy has held various titles including Construction Planning Manager and Project Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Quality Control Lead at Baskin Associates Technical Services Ltd from January 2011 to January 2013, and serving as Senior Materials Testing Technician at Levelton Consultants Ltd from January 2006 to January 2010. Darcy's career began as a Journeyman Skilled Worker at Polycrete Restorations - Dominion - Farmer - TAF, where skills and expertise were developed from the ground up, starting with a green hard hat.
