Paul Simpson

Paul Simpson has extensive experience in the construction and paving industries, currently serving in a retired capacity at Hall Constructors since January 2023. Prior to retirement, Paul held the position of VP Corporate Relations at BD Hall Constructors Corp since November 2019. With a strong background in management, Paul worked as General Manager at Jacob Bros Construction from May 2018 to November 2019 and held the role of Operations Manager in the same company from August 2012 to November 2019. Paul also served as Operations Manager at Winvan Paving Ltd and Sales Manager at Imperial Paving Ltd. Earlier in the career, Paul was General Manager at Columbia Bitulithic Ltd and progressed through various roles at Columbia Bitulithic from July 1975 to March 2004, demonstrating a proven record of increasing responsibility in the field.
