Jeffrey Chou

Jeff Chou is Director of Compliance and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Hall Capital Partners. He is responsible for implementing and maintaining the firm’s compliance program and advising on compliance-related matters in coordination with the Chief Compliance Officer.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Mr. Chou was a Senior Principal Consultant at ACA Compliance Group, where he advised a wide range of SEC-registered investment advisers, from emerging private fund managers to leading global asset managers, in developing, enhancing, and testing their compliance programs. This included providing outsourced compliance support, conducting mock SEC examinations and other specialized reviews, and guiding them through complex SEC examinations and post-examination remediation efforts.
