Emma Ross

Emma Ross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. As the Board Director and Co-Founder of the Sisters of the Saddle Foundation since December 2023, Emma has demonstrated a commitment to community support and empowerment. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Hall Chadwick QLD since November 2020, Emma previously held similar roles at ATG Projects and multiple positions at King & Wood Mallesons, where oversight of a national contract workforce for alumni lawyers was key. Educationally, Emma holds a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and dual degrees in Business Management (HRM) and Psychology from The University of Queensland. Emma's career began in the early 2000s and includes significant leadership roles across various companies, showcasing a strong foundation in fostering organizational culture and employee development.
