Joy Licciardi

Joy Licciardi currently serves as the Public Information Officer at Hall County Government since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at Total Imaging, Inc., focusing on branding in the oil and gas industry, and Media and Communications Specialist at Jefferson City School System. Joy has also worked as a Multimedia Journalist at Jacobs Media Corporation and held various internships in the media field. Prior to a career in communications, Joy gained experience as an Office Assistant at Soaring Tree Top Adventures and as a Server/Bartender at Longhorn Steakhouse. Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from the University of North Georgia.
