Maria Kuznetsova is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in project and property accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Project Accountant at Hall Equities Group since February 2014, Maria oversees job cost and compliance with accounting policies, ensuring accurate financial reporting under US GAAP/IFRS while supporting project management. Prior to this role, Maria spent nearly 11 years at Spandrel Group, LLC as an Assistant Finance Controller/Accounting Project Manager, managing financial responsibilities for multiple companies in construction and real estate, aligning reporting with GAAP standards.
