Daniel Carsey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business litigation, particularly in the banking, energy, and technology sectors. Currently a Shareholder at Hall Estill since September 2018, Daniel is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas, as well as in numerous federal courts across the United States. Prior roles include practicing as an Attorney at Law at Rischard, Carsey & Byrne, PLLC, and serving as an Associate Attorney at Conner & Winters and Jones, Gotcher & Bogan, P.C. Daniel began a legal career as a Federal Judicial Clerk for the United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Newman University.
