Desktop Support Specialist

Hall Financial is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hardware and software support, coupled with development skills to enhance our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support for Microsoft/IBM computers and hardware
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues across various systems
• Manage and support Microsoft applications (Windows 10/11, Outlook, Office 365, SharePoint)
• Configure and maintain network and user profiles
• Support and troubleshoot MFPs and printers

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft environments and hardware troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and SharePoint
• Experience with network configurations and user profile management
• Familiarity with MFPs and printer support

Desired Development Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills, including complex spreadsheet creation and function development
• Programming experience in .NET or other relevant languages
• Knowledge of Telecom VOIP support
• Ability to write and implement business rules

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate)

• 3+ years of experience in desktop support or similar IT role
