Todd’s previous industry experience includes recruitment, operational and sales leadership roles at a couple of technology and staff augmentation firms including his own, HCR Group. HCR was purchased by Hallmark in 2010. Todd attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison and received a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business.
