Allison K. has a long and varied work experience. In 2009, they served as Co-Travel Director for the Shaker Youth Soccer Association. From 2011 to 2015, they held multiple positions, including Director of Marketing and Development for United Way of Greater Lorain County, Member of Best Class of 2013 for Leadership Lorain County, and Director of Corporate Partnerships for International Exposition Center (I-X Center). In 2014, they were Sponsorship Sales Manager for Legends. From 2019 to 2021, they were Attraction Manager for Major League Baseball, Managing Director, Business Engagement for Business Volunteers Unlimited, and Director of Sales & Business Development for Hall of Fame Village powered by Johnson Controls. Currently, they are President of WISE Cleveland (Women in Sports & Events) and Senior Director of Partnership Activation for Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company.

Allison K. obtained a BSBA in Accounting from Bowling Green State University, took Business and Accounting courses at Howard University, and earned an MBA in Finance from The University of Toledo.
