Brennan E. has a varied work experience, beginning with a role as a Line Associate at Yund's Car Wash in 2013. After that, in the same year, they were an Event Assistant for Massillon's Annual Car Show for ESPN 990. In 2015, they worked as a Panel & Round Screen Dept/Shop assistant at Midwestern Industries Inc. In 2017, they were a Camp Counselor for Summer's Best Two Weeks and a Youth Sport Instructor at the Akron Area YMCA. That same year, they were an Acts 2 Intern at The Chapel - Akron. In 2019, they worked for the Cleveland Browns as a Guest Services Team Member and for the YMCA of Central Stark County (Ohio) in various roles, including Membership Coordinator, Wellness Coordinator, Sports Coordinator, Membership Engagement Specialist, and Wellness Attendant. In 2020, they were an Order Fulfillment Associate at The Home Depot and is currently an Assistant Manager, Center for Performance at the Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company.

Brennan E. began their education in 2009 at Massillon Washington High School, where they studied E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce, Marketing. Brennan then attended Walsh University from 2013 to 2014, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2014, they transferred to The University of Akron, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science Education in Sports Management in 2017. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Responding to Emergencies Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross.
