Karl L Holz has held a number of executive positions in the hospitality and entertainment industries since 1975. Karl L began their career with Sky Chefs, where they held multiple management roles, including CEO. In 1992, they moved to Knott's Berry Farm as Vice President of Theme Park and Restaurant Operations. During their time there, they led a financial turnaround of the amusement park and increased revenue by 20%. From 1996 to 2018, Holz was with The Walt Disney Company, where they held multiple roles, including President of Disney Cruise Line and New Vacation Operations, Chairman and CEO of Disneyland Paris Resort, and Senior Vice President of Walt Disney World Resort Operations. In 2018, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Senior Advisor and also took on roles at Public Investment Fund (PIF) and Doyof Al Rahman Program (DARP). In 2020, they joined Radisson Hotel Group Americas as a Board Member and Chair Nom & Gov, and Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Company as a Board Member, Lead Independent Director, and Chairman Nom & Gov.
