Jessica A. Bertino

Jessica Bertino concentrates her practice on defending hospitals, medical professionals, and other health care providers against medical negligence claims.

As a former law clerk at HPS, Jessica has assisted attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process, from discovery to trial preparation. While in law school, Jessica received a certificate of specialization in Health Law. She was also a recipient of the DePaul University College of Law Dean’s Merit Scholarship and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Bioethics and the Law.

Jessica graduated from the University of Notre Dame where she majored in Political Science. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Jessica was also a Division I tennis player and a member of the athletic council.
