Conrad Smith

Conrad Smith is a Special Counsel at Hall & Wilcox with extensive experience in share and business acquisitions, distressed asset sales, and advising on security holder and joint venture arrangements, as well as compliance matters for foreign investment in Australia. Prior roles include Lawyer at Wilmoth Field Warne Lawyers and Paralegal/Administrator at Justice Connect, where Conrad worked across various legal fields including human rights, migration, and debt. Conrad holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, and has also studied at East China University of Political Science and Law. Education was completed at Caulfield Grammar School.
