Jairan Amigh

Jay was appointed Company Secretary of Tyro on 30 June 2020. Jay holds a Bachelors of Law and Commerce and has over 30 years in legal practice at MLC, NAB, Godfrey Pembroke, Mercer, and Allens. During her career, Jay has focused on financial services law and corporate governance. Jay has also worked as a Teaching Fellow at the UNSW Law School and as an Adjunct Lecturer, Master of Laws (Applied Law) at the College of Law.
