Sutherson Ganeshan (Shan)

Sutherson Ganeshan, known as Shan, is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in systems engineering and infrastructure management. Since December 2014, Shan has held multiple roles at Hall & Wilcox, including Information Technology Infrastructure Manager, Systems Architect, and Senior Systems Engineer. Prior to this, Shan contributed as a Systems Engineer at Thomas Duryea Logicalis, where responsibilities included managing services, supporting multiple customers, and resolving escalated issues. Earlier experience at Alpha Data involved roles as a Technical Consultant and Customer Support Engineer, focusing on client engagement and technical support for Microsoft products. Shan's career began as a Contract Engineer at the Arthur C Clarke Institute, providing IT technical support and maintaining security systems. Shan holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT and Electrical Engineering from the University of Ruhuna and a G.C.E Advanced Level in Physical Science from S. Thomas' College.
