Andy Thompson MCIOB AssocRICS has over 15 years of work experience in the construction industry. Andy started their career as a Land Buyer at Braeside Developments, a company involved in buying and selling refurbishment properties and development sites. During their time there, they managed projects ranging from single building plots to multiple blocks of flats.

Andy then joined Frias Robles Associates as a Building Surveyor, where they gained experience in building pathology, commercial management, party wall procedure, contract administration, dilapidations, and project management. Andy also developed their CAD skills during this time.

Currently, Andy is working at Hall & Woodhouse Ltd as the Head of Property Investment. Previously, they held the role of Design & Construction Project Manager at the same company.
