Aaron Groom is the current Controls Engineering Manager at Hallam-ICS. Aaron has over 20 years of experience as an electrical engineer, with a focus on factory automation. Aaron started their career at Precision Valve & Automation, Inc. in 1994, before moving to Advanced Design & Fabrication in 1998. In 1999, they joined Berkshire Automation, Inc., where they served as Electrical Engineer and eventually President. During their time at Berkshire Automation, they oversaw the design, build, upgrade, troubleshooting, and servicing of factory automation equipment. In 2012, they joined Hallam-ICS as Controls Engineering Manager. Aaron has extensive experience in motion control, CNC upgrades, wood working, power presses, and general automation. Aaron has also worked on product research and development projects for their various employers. Aaron has worked with customers all over the world, including in the United States, Mexico, and Europe.

Aaron Groom's educational career includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as certification from LinkedIn in Communicating with Transparency and Decision-Making Strategies.
