Chris Groen

Christopher Groen is a seasoned construction professional with over 30 years of experience in project management and general contracting. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Hallam-ICS since August 2011, Christopher has a diverse background that includes ownership of Groen Construction Company, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed residential and commercial construction. Previous roles include Project Manager at Wright & Morrissey, where oversight of apartment buildings and grocery store renovations took place, as well as significant project management positions at Centex, involving office buildings in Reston, VA. Early career experience includes roles as a Project Engineer and Office Engineer with Perini Management Services and Centex. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Building Construction Technology from Virginia Tech.
