Chris Johnson

Chris Johnson is a Senior Software Engineer at Hallam-ICS. Prior to joining Hallam-ICS, Chris was a Senior Implementation Engineer at Aurora North from January 2020 to May 2021. Chris was also an Implementation Engineer at Aurora North from February 2017 to January 2020 and a Database Programmer at CSL from November 2012 to February 2017. Chris began their career as a Primary Support Technician at Allscripts from May 2008 to October 2012, where they were responsible for technical support for an enterprise level electronic health record program, including basic debugging of SQL queries, triaging issues as they are entered, resolving issues in a prompt manner, and documenting issues and resolutions in a ticket management system. Chris also assisted in the development of documentation to build a knowledge base, collaborated with third party hardware and software vendors to resolve issues, participated in weekly status calls with clients, and mentored new hires both in person and remotely. Prior to joining Allscripts, Chris was a cashier at Rite Aid from May 1997 to May 2008.

Chris Johnson holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering Technology from Vermont Technical College and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Landmark College.
