The leadership team at Hallam-ICS has a wide range of experience in different industries. The team includes an electrical engineer who has worked in the US Navy, an operations manager, a project manager, and an engineer-in-training. The team also has experience in the construction industry, with a first class electrician and an engineering instructor. The team's experience also includes working in the food industry, with a manager at a foam laminates company and a lead controls engineer at Ben & Jerry's.
