Hal Parsons

Hal Parsons is a seasoned professional in land and planning management with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Land and Planning Manager at Hallam Land since March 2021, Hal has previously held positions such as Principal Planner at Boyer and Development Manager at Castleoak. Hal's career also includes roles at GVA UK, where responsibilities included Senior Planner and Assistant Planner, as well as experience as an Assistant Planner at Pegasus Planning Group.
