Alex Morrison

Alex Morrison has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly with Halliburton since 2008, where the current role is Strategic Business Manager overseeing the Baroid chemistry and digital product line. Previous positions at Halliburton include Product Manager, Principal Product Champion, and Technical Manager, focusing on product development, strategy formulation, and operational support across multiple regions. Other roles included coordination of drilling and completion fluids operations for Chevron UK and extensive laboratory work in reservoir drilling fluids. Alex Morrison also has a solid academic background with an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Surrey.
