Carla Carroll

Carla Carroll is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and development. Since May 2014, Carla has held various leadership roles at Halliburton, including Global Talent Manager and Regional Talent Manager for the Eastern Hemisphere. Previously, Carla served as Training & Competency Manager at Stork and as an HR Business Partner at iicorr (Stork Technical Services). Early career experience includes positions as HR Advisor at Aberdeen Cyrenians and HR Administrator at The Hamilton School. Carla Carroll holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University and has completed executive development programs in Business Leadership at Texas A&M University.
