Jason Bolstead - and Cia

Jason Bolstead, CPA and CIA, has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as the Global Process Owner for General Accounting and Controller for North America Operations Accounting Center at Halliburton since 2008. In this role, Jason focuses on streamlining month-end close processes, enhancing internal controls, and supporting business operations in North America. Prior to Halliburton, Jason held several accounting and auditing positions, including Manager of Accounting at Paradigm Air Carriers, Inc., where significant improvements in processes and cost reductions were achieved. Additionally, Jason has worked as a Senior Staff Auditor at Hein & Associates and KPMG LLP, contributing to various audits and financial management compliance tasks. Jason holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
