Tom Spellman is the Director of Trade Finance at Halliburton Company, a position held since 1979. They have dedicated their career to Halliburton, having also served in the same role at Halliburton Reservoir Services. Tom retired from Halliburton Company in March 2015. They earned their degree from The University of Texas at Arlington from 1965 to 1969.
