Andrea Kenner

Andrea Kenner is an experienced technical writer and trainer with a diverse background in software documentation, user guides, and training development. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer/Trainer at HallieMorgan Technologies since September 2018, Andrea has developed user documentation for 30 software applications for the Department of Homeland Security. In addition, Andrea has held positions at Shield Consulting Solutions, basys, inc., CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, SRA International, CACI, Fannie Mae, Comsys Technical Services, Weber and Associates, and VM Software, showcasing expertise in technical communication and project management. Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Interactive Journalism from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
