Leigh Gibbs has a diverse work experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Leigh started their career in 1997 at Hallite Polytek, where they worked as a Materials Testing Engineer. After that, they transitioned to the role of Development Engineer, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined CDI Energy Products as a Customer Support Engineer and later became the Customer Services Manager. Leigh worked in this company until 2016. Currently, Leigh Gibbs is working at Hallite Seals, where they started as a Commercial Manager in 2010 and was promoted to the role of Commercial Director in June 2020.

Leigh Gibbs started their education journey in 2000 when they enrolled at the Association of Computer Professionals. Leigh obtained a Higher Qualification in IT during their time there, completing their studies in 2001. Later on, from 2008 to 2013, Leigh attended The Open University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
