P. E. Chad Zielinski

Chad Zielinski, P.E. has extensive work experience in the engineering industry. Chad currently holds the role of Vice President at Halliwell Engineering Associates, where they have been since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Vice President at J.S. Held LLC from 2015 to 2022. From 2007 to 2015, Chad worked as a Branch Manager at Haag Engineering. Chad began their career as an Engineer/Owner at Paragon Forensic Engineering from 2003 to 2007.

Chad Zielinski, P.E., completed their pre-engineering education at Delta College from 1985 to 1988. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Michigan Technological University from 1988 to 1992.
