Kirsty Thomas

Kirsty Thomas is an experienced professional in the care home sector, currently serving as a Dementia Care Manager and Regional Lifestyle Mentor at Hallmark Care Homes since September 2012. In this role, Kirsty leads a team of Lifestyle Assistants, ensuring the delivery of engaging activities for residents while focusing on preventing social isolation through an innovative assessment tool. Prior to Hallmark, Kirsty was a Senior Activity Coordinator at Bupa and worked as an Art Specialist at Eagle Springs Programs, where Kirsty facilitated art lessons for adults with disabilities. Kirsty holds an NVQ Level 5 in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care, as well as a degree in Psychology from the University of East London.
