Martin Murphy

Martin Murphy has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on care home management and operations. Martin is currently working as the Operations Director at Hallmark Care Homes since November 2020, and previously held the role of Regional Operations Manager at the same company from November 2020 to December 2021. Prior to their current position, Martin worked as the Managing Partner at SP&P from January 2018 to December 2020, where they provided care home development reviews and offered guidance on improving business performance. Before that, they worked at Four Seasons Health Care, where they served as the Interim Managing Director from August 2017 to January 2018, Regional Operations Manager from October 2013 to August 2017, and Home Manager from September 2011 to October 2013. Martin started their career at CAREFORE HOMES LIMITED as a Home Manager from May 2007 to September 2011, focusing on commissioning services and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders.
