Nick Banister-Dudley Llb

Nick Banister-Dudley LLB (Hons) has a diverse range of work experience. Nick started their career at Pleasure Beach Blackpool as an Assistant to the Customer Services Manager from June 2009 to August 2011. Nick then worked at University of Essex Campus Services Ltd as an Events Co-ordinator from August 2012 to June 2013, and later as an Events Supervisor from June 2013 to July 2014.

After that, Nick joined the University of Warwick as a Student Recruitment Events and Enquiries Team Manager from July 2014 to March 2015, and then as a Student Recruitment Officer (Events) from March 2015 to March 2016.

Nick's most recent experience is at Hallmark Care Homes, where they held various roles. Firstly, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director from March 2016 to April 2018. In this role, they provided executive support, managed complex diaries, created presentations, and assisted with charitable work.

From April 2018 to January 2020, Nick served as an Executive Support Manager, acting as the first point of contact for the Managing Director, addressing issues on behalf of the MD, and providing guidance to facilitate decision making.

Finally, Nick held the role of Head of Compliance at Hallmark Care Homes from January 2020 onwards. Nick managed an end-to-end compliance function, including registration of new homes/providers, supporting with regulatory submissions, conducting internal quality audits, and providing professional advice and guidance to colleagues.

Nick Banister-Dudley LLB (Hons) pursued their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law and Human Rights from the University of Essex, from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they obtained a Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management. Before attending university, they completed their secondary education at Baines Sixth Form from 2006 to 2008, and at Baines School from 2001 to 2006. Currently, they are enrolled in the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and is pursuing a CIPP/E certification.
