Tracey Carter has extensive experience in dementia care. Tracey worked as the Head of Dementia Care at Hallmark Care Homes starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at HC-One from 2021 to 2023. Before their positions in senior management, they worked at Exemplar Health Care as a Consultant Nurse for Dementia Care from February 2021 to November 2021, and as a Senior Quality Manager from December 2019 to February 2021. Additionally, Tracey worked as a Consultant Admiral Nurse at Dementia UK from December 2018 to December 2019, and as a Lead Admiral Nurse at Bupa from November 2012 to December 2018.

Tracey Carter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Sheffield Hallam University, which they completed between 1992 and 1995. Tracey also earned a Master of Science degree in Behaviour Analysis from The University of Manchester, completing it from 1998 to 2000.
