David Winsor has over two decades of experience in the technology and data management sectors, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Data Management and Reporting at Hallmark Financial Services Inc. since January 2016. Prior to this role, David held leadership positions at Guy Carpenter and EMC, where David advanced through various technical and managerial roles. Their expertise includes substantial positions at well-known companies such as IBM and Rational Software, where David contributed as a Senior Software Engineer. Earlier career achievements include founding and leading David Winsor, Inc. as President & CEO, as well as directing product development at Knoa Software. David Winsor’s educational foundation includes studies at the University of New Haven and the University of Bridgeport.
