Aileen Brophy

Aileen Brophy has extensive work experience in the legal and business affairs field. Aileen began their career as an Associate at Greenberg Traurig in 2006 and worked there until November 2009. Aileen then joined AMC Networks in September 2009, starting as a Senior Counsel in Affiliate Sales and later becoming Vice President of Law and Affiliate Sales in 2012. From 2014 to 2017, they held the position of SVP of Legal and Business Affairs at AMC Networks. In 2017, they joined CBS Corporation as SVP of Senior Counsel for Strategic Transactions until October 2021. Currently, they are serving as the SVP of Business and Legal Affairs at Hallmark Media since May 2022.

Aileen Brophy completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Harvard University, attending from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they pursued further education at Cardozo School of Law, earning a Juris Doctor (JD) degree specializing in Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law, from 2003 to 2006.
