Lori Itagaki

Lori Itagaki has extensive experience in talent and organizational development. Lori has held leadership positions in various companies, including Hallmark Media, ByteDance, TikTok, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, Activision Blizzard, and McKesson. Lori'sroles have involved leading organizational transformations, managing employee engagement surveys, designing and implementing talent management practices, and developing HR policies and programs. Lori has also been involved in training and mentoring initiatives, both within companies and in educational projects.

Lori Itagaki received a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology and a minor in Dance from the University of Southern California. Before attending USC, they completed their high school education at Palos Verdes Peninsula High School. Later, Lori pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the USC Marshall School of Business, completing their studies between 2013 and 2015.
