Paul Hodgkinson

Paul Hodgkinson, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held various leadership roles. Paul is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Hallmark Media, where they oversee HR strategies and initiatives. Before joining Hallmark Media, Paul worked at SAG-AFTRA as the Director of People & Culture Business Partner. Prior to that, they were at 92nd Street Y, where they served as a Consultant, Director of Human Resources, Director of Talent Acquisition & Engagement, and Manager of Recruitment and Compensation. Paul also has experience at Guardian News & Media as the Head of Resourcing and HR Administration, where they managed all resourcing activities and employee reward and benefits schemes. Earlier in their career, they worked at Old Mutual Financial Services as an Oracle Systems Manager and at Oracle Corporation as a Senior HR Functional Applications Consultant. Paul has a proven track record of delivering successful results and providing guidance and best practices in human resources.

Paul Hodgkinson, SPHR, attended King Edwards VIth from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained 4 A levels. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) from HRCI in April 2018, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in April 2018.
