Kiya Hunt

Kiya Hunt is an experienced professional in the social work and therapy fields, currently serving as a Program Therapist at Hallmark Youthcare since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kiya worked as a School Social Worker for Henrico County Public Schools from August 2018 to January 2022. Kiya began a career at Apple as a Part-Time Specialist from June 2017 to August 2018 and gained valuable customer service skills as a Barista at Starbucks from November 2014 to June 2017. Earlier experience includes a role as a Special Events Coordinator at Northwest Child Development Center in May 2014, where responsibilities included hiring performers, vendor management, and sponsorship procurement. Kiya holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the same institution. Kiya completed a General Diploma at William Fleming High School in 2012.
