Alison Stephen

Alison Stephen, aPHR, currently serves as Vice President of Global Merchandising Services at Hallmark Cards since January 2019, where contributions include spearheading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and achieving a nomination for the enterprise Diversity & Inclusion Award. Previously, Alison held various roles at Hallmark, including Vice President & General Manager, overseeing Walmart and Sam’s Club business strategies, and Senior Sales and Strategy Director, managing customer relationships across multiple product lines. Prior experience at Target spanned from 2003 to 2018, highlighting capabilities in managing large teams and sales volumes, transforming operational efficiencies, and fostering talent development. Alison holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Apparel Marketing from Kansas State University.
