Cathy Kouris has over 25 years of experience in the creative design and planning sector, currently serving as a Creative Planner and Creative Director at Hallmark Cards since September 2004. Key achievements include establishing a new team to enhance Hallmark's competitive positioning in the gift presentation space and developing high-level strategies to create differentiated product assortments. Prior roles at Hallmark include Sr. Art Director, where Cathy developed unique processes for managing large projects and played a pivotal role in the Hallmark Department Gift Presentation reset at Walmart. Early career experience includes working as a Senior Designer at Willoughby Design, focusing on branding, packaging, and collateral for diverse clients. Cathy holds a BFA in Visual Communications from The University of Kansas.
